Hotpoint & Indesit Washing Machines 2007–2009

The safety of our customers is our top priority and we continually monitor the performance of all our products. We have been made aware that a small number of customers have experienced issues with regards to drums of washing machines manufactured between 2007 and 2009.

Although this issue has been externally categorised as a low risk, through our ongoing and continual monitoring of all our products in the marketplace we identified a further improvement to reduce the risk further to 'Extremely low'.

Therefore, if you believe that you may own a Hotpoint or Indesit washing machine manufactured between 2007 and 2009, please input your model and serial numbers in our model checker and if required we will arrange for one of our engineers to make this further improvement to your machine.

We would also like to inform everyone that this problem does not affect any models on sale today. Your safety is our top priority and we apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
