Next125 Kitchens
Architectural German kitchens with refined detail.
Where good design begins
Next125 kitchens designed with precision.
Next125 is the more architectural of our German kitchen ranges. Made by Schüller, it’s built around a 125mm grid system that governs the proportion of every door, drawer and cabinet.
The range suits clients who want strong proportions and a premium design-led finish. It works well in contemporary homes, extensions and open-plan spaces.

Our projects
Contemporary kitchens and design-led projects from RFK.
These projects show how we approach contemporary kitchens, clean layouts and material-led design. They give a sense of the thinking that also matters in a Next125 kitchen.
Designed around proportion and detail.
Next125 gives us a strong design language to work with. The success still depends on how the kitchen is planned – the room, the light, the layout, the material palette and whether Next125 is the right fit for the brief.

Have a question about Next125 kitchens?
-
Next125 is made by Schüller and built around a 125mm planning grid. That grid is where the range takes its name.
Doors, drawers, tall units and islands are planned in precise proportional relationships, which gives the finished kitchen its architectural quality. The material palette also sets it apart: ceramic, glass, real wood, SensiQ soft-touch surfaces and refined matt finishes are all part of the range.
In the market, Next125 is often compared with brands like Siematic and Bulthaup, but typically at a more accessible investment level.
-
Yes. Next125 is primarily a contemporary range, but it doesn’t have to feel stark.
Wood finishes, warm neutral tones and natural material combinations can make a Next125 kitchen feel calm and liveable. A real wood veneer in warm oak or walnut reads very differently from a matt black handleless scheme. The range still carries the same precision and material quality – the final feel depends on the palette, worksurfaces, flooring and wider room.
-
Both are German kitchen ranges, but they suit different briefs.
Nobilia offers broad design choice, reliable German quality (it carries the Golden M quality seal and GS safety mark) and strong value at a more accessible investment level. Next125 has a more architectural design language, a more refined material palette and a planning system built around its 125mm grid.
The right choice depends on the room, the budget, and how much the design precision itself matters to the brief. A showroom visit is the best way to see the difference.

Both ranges offer handleless kitchens, but the execution feels different.
Next125’s handleless design is part of a tightly considered system. Rail profiles, door proportions and cabinet sizes are all resolved around the 125mm grid, which gives the finished kitchen an architectural feel. Nobilia’s handleless options are well made and sit in a broader, more flexible range with wider design choice.
We’ll show you both in the showroom so you can compare them directly.
-
Yes. Next125 works well in extensions and open-plan spaces.
Its architectural quality marries well with the clean lines and modern styling often associated with new builds, extensions and open-plan spaces.
-
SensiQ is Next125’s soft-touch surface finish. It feels slightly textured and warm to the touch.
It resists fingerprints more effectively than standard matt lacquer, which makes it practical for handleless kitchens. It’s available in a range of colours and needs to be cleaned with appropriate products to maintain the surface, which we’ll talk through at the design consultation.
-
Pocket doors slide back into the cabinet when opened.
In a Next125 kitchen, they’re often used to conceal appliances, coffee stations or working zones. When closed, the kitchen returns to a clean, uninterrupted frontage. They’re especially useful in open-plan spaces where the kitchen is visible from living and dining areas.
-
The cooking table is Next125’s interpretation of a kitchen island. It’s designed to feel more like furniture than a standard island unit.
It usually sits on legs, often with an integrated hob, preparation space and sometimes seating. It works best in larger open-plan kitchens where the island is the social and practical centre of the room.
-
Yes, we have a number of Next125 displays in our showrooms. It’s worth coming to see them in person to get a real feel for the range.
-
The best starting point is a design consultation. We’ll look at the room, the style you want, your budget and how the kitchen needs to work.
If Next125 suits the brief, we’ll explain why. If another range would serve the project better, we’ll say so.
-
It depends on the size of the kitchen, the style and features you are drawn to, and the appliances.
There’s some guide pricing on our pricing page, but the best way to understand what’s achievable for your budget is a design consultation. There we can talk through the options honestly and without pressure.
